Placing Orders:
Placing orders is as easy as 1…2…3 with Mystery Monks.
Place your orders on the website and send some basic details based on your requirements.
Our experts will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss all the details right from scripting to video creation. You’ll be involved in the whole process. We make sure our customers receive exactly what they want. The best part is that we don’t offer cookie cutter solutions so we send the first draft of video in 2-4 days to make sure we’re on the right track.
If customers need any change in the video, we do so free of cost. In case a customer needs revision, he/she can send us feedback and we’ll revise the video in 24-48 hours.

Refund Policy:
We care about our customers and their satisfaction, so we tend to offer 100% money back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied even after the revision, and we find ourselves unable to incorporate those changes, you may ask for refund.
If you once approve, we will not issue refund.
It will take 14 days to process your refund request.
If you ask for refund, you will lose all the rights associated to the video and you are not permitted to use it. If we find you using the same video, we can take legal actions against you.
In case, customer is unresponsive for 7 days, the order will be considered completed and no refund shall be issued.
Voice Over and Script Revisions:
We make sure you get everything at one place. So we offer both script writing and voice over as a package. Take a look at the terms attached to script writing and voice over services:
We charge by number of words and not by length of the video when it comes to writing exceptional script for your video. We understand that script writing is a very important task so we have hired some of the exceptional writers to craft your script.
For voice over and video of about 60 seconds, 150 words of script are required.
After writing the script, we show it to our customers. We send customers a questionnaire and wait for their answers. Once we receive the answers from them, we send script for approval within 24 hours.
In case, you need any change in the script, just send us an email and we’ll get back to you soon.
Sometimes a few words are different to pronounce (based on state or country). So if there’s any such word needed to be incorporated in the script, please try to send us the correct pronunciation of it.
No changes to the script can be done once its approved by customer.
Deliverables:
We cater to produce the high resolution videos to get the best results. MPEG-4 format file will be delivered to you.
If you are unable to open the file or you find the file corrupted, just send us a message and we will send it again.
Project files will not be delivered to you.
